I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, completed in 2025. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from The Ohio State University in 2017 before relocating to Colorado in 2023.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic and strengths-based, grounded in a trauma-informed perspective and influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am currently pursuing certification in Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT). I enjoy working with clients of all ages and am passionate about creating a space for growth, healing, and meaningful connection.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with friends, and exploring the mountains through snowboarding and hiking.
