I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science from Oklahoma State University. I’m passionate about providing trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, emerging adults, caregivers, and relationships.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, playful, supportive, and rooted in the belief that all people are worthy of a non-judgemental space that allows them to connect with themselves, others, and to make sense of the world around them. It is an honor for me to get to walk alongside incredible people through their journey of healing, connection, and authenticity. I have experience working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and abuse and individuals of all ages who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and family conflict. I primarily work through an Experiential, Narrative, and Solution Focused Therapy lens and have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, and am a facilitator for Circle of Security Parenting.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 2 dogs, running, baking, or reading a good book!
