I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. I received a Bachelor of Arts in 2020 from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA where I majored in Childhood Studies and minored in Human Development and Family Science.
I have a passion for helping others and providing trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and their families. By offering support, empathy and working in collaboration with clients I hope to help them better connect with themselves, others, and work towards their therapeutic goals. My treatment approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy and Narrative Therapy and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Outside of working at Children’s Wellness Center of Colorado, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, reading, baking and snowboarding.
