I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am dedicated to pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in the future. I have lived in South Africa for my entire life and was offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work for the Children’s Wellness Center of Colorado.
I enjoy a collaborative, person-centered approach while incorporating other modalities that best meet my client’s needs. I have worked with a variety of population groups and love working with people of all ages. I have a special interest in Play Therapy and I am trained in Synergetic Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In my free time, I love to spend time with my husband and our two miniature dachshunds. I love camping, the outdoors, and trying new food cuisines.
