I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a Masters of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver. I am originally from New Jersey, and I received my Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Rutgers Newark. I started working at CWCC in 2021 as an intern, and have become an employee as of 2024.
I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, and children. My treatment approach is influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Synergetic Play Therapy (SPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a deep understanding of trauma. I believe that the client is an expert in their own experiences, no matter their age, and that developing a collaborative, accepting relationship is crucial in positive treatment outcomes.
In my free time I enjoy reading, baking, knitting, crafting, and being around the people and pets that I love.
