I am a certified Caseworker with a Master’s degree in Criminology, specializing in Cyber-Security and Terrorism from Regis University. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Denver with a minor in Psychology. Additionally, I am a certified Auricular Acu-Technician (AAT).
With over seven years of experience in the human services field, I am dedicated to continuously expanding my skill set to better serve my community. Through my AAT certification, I provide AcuDetox/AcuWellness-a five-point acupuncture protocol designed to support individuals seeking natural relief from trauma, pain, anxiety, insomnia, cravings, withdrawals, and agitation. This method has been proven to reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms while also promoting relaxation, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
My expertise extends to case management, where I specialize in navigating the Department of Human Services, assisting children and families, connecting individuals with vital community resources, and working within Dependency and Neglect court cases, criminal court cases, and law enforcement agencies.
As the Office Manager at the Children’s Wellness Center of Colorado, PLLC, I am privileged to continue working closely with children and families, advocating for their unique needs, and fostering a positive impact within the community. I firmly believe in prioritizing family and nurturing overall well-being-mind, body, and spirit.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending quality time with my family, playing card games, practicing yoga, and embracing the magic of snow days.
