I am a certified Caseworker with my Masters in Criminology with an emphasis in Cyber-Security and Terrorism from Regis University. I received my BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Denver with a minor in Psychology. In addition, I am a certified Auricular Acu-Technician (AAT). I have worked in the human services field for over five years and continue to advance my skill sets to meet the needs of my community. Through my AAT training, I am able to provide AcuDetox/AcuWellness to anyone seeking a natural form of relief from trauma, pain, anxiety, insomnia, cravings, withdrawals, and agitation. AcuDetox/AcuWellness is a five-point acupuncture protocol and a proven method to reduce cravings and symptoms of withdrawal. The ear acupuncture also relaxes the nervous system, calms emotions, and balances the energy levels in the body. In addition, I specialize in case management specifically regarding navigating the Department of Human Services, working with children and their families, community resources, as well as a background with Dependency and Neglect court cases, criminal court cases, and working with Law Enforcement agencies throughout the area.
My role at the Children’s Wellness Center of Colorado, PLLC as the Office Manager allows me to continue working with children and families, advocating for individual needs, and positively impacting the community. I believe in putting family first and taking care of one’s mind, body, and spirit as a whole.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, a good card game, yoga, and snow days.
