I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. I received a bachelor’s degree in Psychological Science from
Creighton University where I also minored in Business Administration.
I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and believe in working collaboratively with clients to inform the treatment planning process. I have experience using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
I work with individuals of all ages who seek assistance on issues related to trauma, relationships, and identity. As a therapist, it is my goal to provide a nonjudgmental space for clients to share their experiences authentically while exploring ways to learn
and grow.
