I am a Social Work Candidate (SWC) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. I am also a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) and have a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through inpatient hospitalizations. I believe in building a safe, trusting, and collaborative space for therapy. I draw from experiential and person-centered therapy, utilizing CBT and DBT skills along the way. I’m excited by bringing creativity and play into therapy and look forward to beginning Synergetic Play Therapy Training. Many aspects of identity and experiences shape who we are and how we move through life. I practice with a trauma-informed lens and cultural humility in an effort to acknowledge and welcome all identities and experiences into the space we share together.
In my free time, I enjoy seeing live music, reading, listening to podcasts, sewing, knitting, and playing music.
