Gillian Cremona, MS, CPNP
Originally from Centennial, Colorado, I am proud to be a native Coloradoan! I have always been a caretaker and knew from a young age that I wanted to work with children and adolescents. I had a life changing experience in my early 20's at the end of nursing school when a very close cousin was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 15 years old. I knew immediately that I would continue to become a pediatric nurse practitioner. I obtained my MSN and my pediatric nurse practitioner certification in 2009 and have had the opportunity to practice in both primary and acute care settings treating both children and adolescents. I have been able to cultivate a true passion for treating the physical, emotional, and mental needs of each patient from both my personal and professional experiences and place high value on the importance of an integrative health care approach within and among colleagues. I believe in a gentle approach with a little bit of humor in my approach to my relationships with patients and their families and I encourage any and all questions along the way! In my free time I love to be outside in the Colorado sunshine taking walks, playing pickleball, and spending time with my daughter.
