Grace Krumwiede, BA, Intern
I am currently a student intern pursuing a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from the University of Wyoming in 2024. Although I'm originally from Denver, I've had the opportunity to live in several regions across the U.S., which has enriched my perspective and deepened my commitment to this work.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Humanistic principles, emphasizing empathy, authenticity, and the inherent worth of each individual. I also integrate cognitive and behavioral strategies to support meaningful growth and lasting change. I am passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with openness and self-compassion. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan and am honored to support clients as they navigate their unique journeys.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy reading, paddle boarding, exploring new cafes, attending concerts, and spending quality time with friends and family.
