Olivia Reich, MSW, SWC
Hello! My name is Olivia, and I am a Clinical Social Work Candidate with a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families navigate life's challenges while building on their strengths. I believe that every child and family deserves a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative environment where they feel safe, valued, and understood. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, and I strive to meet each client where they are while honoring their unique experiences and goals.
My therapeutic background includes the use of play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectal behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). One of my favorite parts of working with children is using play in the therapy process. I love seeing how creativity, curiosity, and imagination can help children express themselves and work through difficult experiences. I am also excited to begin synergetic play therapy training to further strengthen my clinical skills.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, spending time at the park, attending workout classes, watching movies, and I'm currently learning how to draw!
