Ashley Caserta, BA, Student Intern
I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Miami. I'm passionate about working with children, adolescents, caregivers, and those in need of support.
My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, eclectic, and collaborative. I believe in tailoring support that is specific to each individual's needs, with an emphasis on understanding the impact of trauma and the power of being heard. I value curiosity and strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in trust, empathy, and acceptance. I have experience working through a Narrative Therapy lens and believe in each individual's capacity to share and rewrite their story. I feel an immense privilege to be a part of each client's journey towards healing.
In my free time, you can find me in the mountains either hiking or skiing, or spending time with my cat.
